Setting Up and Verifying Bank Accounts

To create offers and purchase items, you need an active and verified bank account. Here's how to do it:

  1. Open Quick Menu
    Click on the profile icon in the navigation bar and select "Credits".
  2. Add Bank Account
    ou will see your available balance and options to deposit or withdraw funds, as well as your bank accounts. Click on “Add Bank Account”, enter your details, and review them.
  3. Start Verification
    Once the verification process has started, you can no longer edit the bank details. Save your details, click on your newly added bank account, and select "Verify Now".
  4. Complete Verification
    Detailed information about the verification process will be provided. Click “Start Verification”. Within 3 bank days, you will receive a 1 cent transfer from us with an 8-digit code (XXXX-XXXX) in the reference. Enter this code in the displayed input field to officially verify your bank account.

Depositing & Withdrawing Credits

You can only deposit or withdraw funds with an active and verified bank account.

  1. Open Quick Menu
    Click on the profile icon in the navigation bar and select "Credits".
  2. Balance Overview
    On this page, you will find your bank accounts as well as your available, incoming, and outgoing credits. Below, you will see options for depositing and withdrawing funds.
  3. Depositing Credits
    Specify the desired amount and choose your payment method:
  4. Withdrawing Funds
    Withdrawals can only be made to a verified bank account and for a minimum amount of €25. The processing time is usually 2-3 bank days.

Setting Shipping Flat Rates

Before you can create offers, you need to set up shipping flat rates in your profile settings.

  1. Open Quick Menu
    Click on the quick menu (profile icon in the navigation bar) on "Settings" and then on "Shipping Options".
  2. Select region
    Choose whether you want to sell abroad or not.
  3. Fair shipping rates
    Research international shipping costs beforehand to set fair rates.
  4. Set the Shipping Rates
    Now set the Shipping fees for each package type, domestic and abroad, with and without tracking.

Managing Addresses

When you register on Card Arena you always have to set an address. More addresses can be added in your profile settings

  1. Open Quick Menu
    Open the quick menu (profile icon in the navigation bar) and click on "Settings". Under "Your Addresses" you can manage your addresses.
  2. Add Address
    Click "Add Address", give the address a name, and enter your details. You can save up to 5 addresses.
  3. Select Main-Address
    If you only have one address, it will be automatically set as the main address. If you have multiple addresses, you can designate one as the main address.When purchasing items, you can choose one of your addresses as the shipping address. Your main address will always be used as the billing address.

Business

If you are registered as a business on Card Arena, you can add additional information to your profile:

  1. Legal Texts
    We provide standard legal texts such as privacy policy, withdrawal, and terms and conditions, which you can replace with your own.
  2. Imprint
    The main address will be used for the imprint. You also need a VAT ID and, if applicable, the commercial register number (HRB).
  3. About
    Businesses have the option to write a brief “About Us” section that will be displayed on the business page.
